🎓 Key Eligibility and Experience Requirements
Deputy Chief Executive Officer: At least 20 years of relevant experience, with 5 years as Dy. Mgr. level or above in any Major Port Authority/Industrial cluster. Education: B.E / MBA.
Manager - Project: At least 25 years of relevant experience, preferably with contract compliance and coordination. Education: B.E/ Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Chief Architect & Planner: At least 25 years' experience in town planning, with a minimum of 15 years at a senior position. Education: Graduate in Architecture/B. Arch and Post Graduate in Town Planning/Urban Planning/City Planning.
Chief Fire Officer: Minimum 5 years' experience as Chief Fire Officer in a port, State, Municipal, or SPA Fire Department. Education: Degree in Fire Engineering from National Fire Service College, Nagpur, or equivalent.
HR Manager: Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR specialist at a reputed company. Education: MBA in HR.
Chief Manager - Finance: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience. Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
